Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to OnlineShow, including account features, browsing, ordering, payment, digital delivery, reviews, and support.

Key terms
  • By using OnlineShow or placing an order, you agree to these terms and all policies linked from them.
  • Prices, inventory, delivery method, and available payment methods may vary by market, currency, product, and order status.
  • Digital products and subscriptions may have different refund and fulfillment rules from physical goods.

01

Acceptance of terms

By accessing OnlineShow, creating an account, placing an order, submitting a review, or using any service that links to these Terms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any product-specific terms shown during checkout.

If you do not agree, do not use the service or place an order.

02

Accounts and security

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete account and checkout information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must promptly notify OnlineShow if you suspect unauthorized access, payment misuse, or account compromise.
  • We may require verification, two-factor authentication, or additional information before processing sensitive account or order requests.

03

Eligibility and customer obligations

You may use OnlineShow only if you can legally enter into a binding contract and comply with applicable laws. If you use OnlineShow on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

  • Do not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, resale-restricted, export-controlled, or rights-infringing activity.
  • Do not interfere with the security, integrity, availability, or normal operation of the service.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, bypass access controls, or abuse promotional, checkout, or delivery systems.

04

Products, subscriptions, and availability

OnlineShow may sell digital products, subscription services, manually reviewed items, automatically delivered resources, or other ecommerce products. Product descriptions, availability, delivery timing, compatibility, renewal terms, and usage limits may differ by product.

We work to keep product information accurate, but errors may occur. We may correct errors, update content, change availability, or cancel affected orders when permitted by law.

05

Orders, pricing, taxes, and payment

  • An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, cancel, or limit an order due to stock, fraud concerns, pricing errors, payment failure, legal restrictions, or abuse.
  • Prices may be displayed in different currencies. Final charges, taxes, fees, exchange rates, and payment methods depend on the selected currency, payment provider, and market.
  • You authorize OnlineShow and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total, applicable taxes, and permitted fees.
  • Payment confirmation does not guarantee fulfillment if the order later fails risk checks, product checks, or legal compliance checks.

06

Delivery and fulfillment

Some digital products may be delivered automatically after successful payment. Some products require manual review or recipient information before fulfillment. Delivery timing may depend on payment confirmation, anti-fraud review, stock, technical availability, and accurate customer information.

You are responsible for ensuring that email addresses, account details, phone numbers, and delivery addresses are accurate. OnlineShow is not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect information you provide.

07

Cancellations, refunds, and returns

Refund and return eligibility depends on product type, delivery status, product-specific terms, applicable consumer protection laws, and whether the item has been accessed, delivered, activated, customized, or used.

Digital products, subscriptions, automatically delivered resources, and account-based services may be non-returnable or non-refundable once delivery, access, activation, or fulfillment has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

  • If a refund is approved, it is normally returned to the original payment method through the payment provider.
  • Processing times are controlled by banks, payment networks, and payment providers.
  • We may refuse refunds linked to abuse, chargeback fraud, policy violations, or repeated misuse.

08

Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews, ratings, comments, images, or other content, you grant OnlineShow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, moderate, and use that content in connection with the store.

  • Do not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, private, spammy, or abusive content.
  • We may remove or moderate content that violates these Terms, product integrity rules, or applicable law.
  • You remain responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights needed to submit it.

09

Intellectual property

OnlineShow, its branding, site design, software, content, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, all rights are reserved by OnlineShow and its licensors.

Product purchases grant only the license, access, or usage rights stated in the product description, checkout terms, or applicable license. They do not transfer ownership of OnlineShow intellectual property.

10

Third-party services

The service may integrate third-party payment processors, authentication providers, analytics providers, hosting providers, delivery tools, or external links. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. OnlineShow is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.

11

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlineShow and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the affected order or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

13

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, cancel orders, remove content, withhold delivery, or restrict payment methods if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, used the service fraudulently, or if required by law or payment network rules.
