Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how OnlineShow collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects personal information when you browse the store, create an account, place an order, use digital delivery, or contact support.

At a glance
  • We collect the information needed to operate an ecommerce store, including account, order, payment, delivery, support, device, and cookie data.
  • Payment details are processed by PCI-compliant payment providers such as Stripe. OnlineShow does not store full card numbers.
  • You can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information where applicable.

01

Scope and controller

This policy applies to OnlineShow websites, storefront pages, product pages, account features, checkout, digital delivery, support communications, and related services that link to this policy.

OnlineShow is responsible for the personal information it processes for store operations. Some services, including payment processing, authentication, hosting, analytics, and email delivery, may be provided by independent service providers under their own terms.

02

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated when you use the store, and information received from service providers that help us complete orders and protect the platform.

  • Account data, such as name, email address, username, password credentials, profile image, authentication provider identifiers, and two-factor settings.
  • Order and checkout data, such as cart contents, selected currency, product variants, payment status, receipts, refunds, invoices, shipping or recipient information for manually reviewed items, and digital fulfillment records.
  • Payment and fraud data, such as payment intent identifiers, charge status, billing signals, risk checks, and limited payment method details returned by payment processors.
  • Support and communication data, such as messages, email preferences, product questions, reviews, ratings, and issue history.
  • Technical data, such as IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages viewed, referrers, log data, cookie identifiers, performance data, and security events.

03

How we use personal information

  • Provide the storefront, account features, shopping cart, checkout, payment confirmation, order history, and product delivery.
  • Process payments, prevent fraud, verify order status, handle chargebacks, and keep financial and tax records.
  • Send transactional messages, including account verification, password reset, order confirmations, receipts, fulfillment notices, and support replies.
  • Personalize language, market, currency, product availability, and customer support.
  • Operate analytics, diagnose bugs, improve performance, secure the service, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
  • Send marketing communications only where permitted by law or with your consent, and provide an unsubscribe option when required.

05

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information in the ordinary meaning of selling a customer list for money. We share information only as needed for ecommerce operations, legal compliance, business protection, or with your direction.

  • Payment providers, including Stripe, to create payment intents, verify payment status, process refunds, and maintain receipts.
  • Authentication, hosting, database, file upload, email, analytics, and security vendors that process data on our behalf.
  • Fulfillment and support personnel who need order, recipient, or delivery information to complete your purchase.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties when required by law, court order, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or protection of rights and safety.
  • A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

06

Payments and financial information

OnlineShow uses third-party payment processors for checkout. Depending on your selected currency and market, available payment methods may include card payments, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or other supported methods.

Payment processors may collect and process payment credentials, billing data, device data, and risk signals directly. OnlineShow receives limited information needed to confirm payment, show receipts, reconcile orders, and support refunds or disputes.

07

Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember language, market and currency preferences, protect checkout, analyze store performance, and operate payment and security features. See the Cookie Policy for details and controls.

08

Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account and order history, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet accounting and tax requirements, prevent fraud, and comply with law.

Retention periods vary by data type. For example, transactional records may be kept longer than support messages because financial, tax, fraud-prevention, and audit obligations often require longer retention.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent for consent-based processing.

  • You can update some account details from your account settings.
  • You can opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe method in the message, where available.
  • You can manage cookies through your browser settings and the controls described in the Cookie Policy.
  • You can contact us to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

10

International transfers

OnlineShow and its service providers may process information in countries other than your country of residence. When required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections or other mechanisms recognized by applicable law.

11

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, authentication, encrypted transport where supported, service-provider controls, and monitoring for suspicious activity.

No online service is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your password and authentication methods confidential and for notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

12

Children

OnlineShow is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law to consent to online services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

13

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, vendors, legal requirements, or business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Material changes may be communicated through additional notice where required.
